Here
are some Christmas & other recent photos. Happy Holidays & Happy New Year to our dear family and
friends! Love, Brian, Kathleen,
Django & Alistair. 1. Django

enjoys his Christmas waffle. 3.
Django with Daddy 4. Considering our
New Year’s resolutions. 5.
Alistair experiences the Christmas Caroling Truck in our neighborhood for the
first time. 6 – 8. Alistair opening presents. We like how he’s hugging his new monkey
toy. 9. Django spent an inordinate
amount of time blowing out the candles on his birthday cake (Dec 20) because he
was thinking so hard about what wishes to make. 10. Mickey
Mouse needed to get a washing and then dry out in the sun. Alistair was confused. 11. This is what happens when you let your 7-year-old use the
camera on your phone. I have
another 50 of these. 12. One of Alistair’s favorite hobbies
(shredding toilet paper).

First Grade & Summer Giggles
Django was excited to get back to school. He's in first grade and likes his teacher very much. He and his class are learning about the desert, doing journal writing & math "story problems," and as always, his favorites are the special classes like Art, Music, Dance, Computers and Science. Meanwhile, Alistair was thrilled to attend a 1-year-old's birthday party, where there was an inflatable pool filled with colored balls. I could have left him there all day.
Road Trip! August 2015
We had a great time on the Team Lohmann Family Road Trip of August 2015! First stop was with Lin and Malcolm in gorgeous Sausalito. We would have taken more photos there, but we were too busy taking beautiful neighborhood walks, baking muffins, eating scrumptious meals, and introducing a very patient Roy the Cat to Alistair (pulling whiskers is fun!) Then on to Grass Valley and Uncle Dave's place, where we visited with Dave, Steve & Isabelle, Django learned to steer a tractor, everybody loved swimming, enjoyed even more delicious meals (including Django's first time with chopsticks!) and, in general, chilled out. On the drive home to L.A., Alistair got his first tooth - an eventful (and howling) end to our trip!
